·         Higher education – Faculty of Construction Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Installations / Hydromechanics

·         Very good knowledge of PC use: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project; Autocad, SEAP

·         Possess skills in identifying risks and technical problems, in scheduling activities

·         Knowledge of the technologies for the execution of construction works; namely: water supply, sewerage, treatment plants; etc

·         Seriously and perseveringly pursues the set objectives;

·         Possesses personal planning skills and team spirit;

Job description:

·         Technical Office Engineer

·         Monitoring the execution of the construction works and ensuring compliance with the specifications and deadlines agreed from the point of view of the technical department;

·         Involvement in identifying technical solutions to solve problems;

·         Coordinates daily documentation of the contract;

·         Preparation of reports of hidden works, monthly reports, quality and quantity documents, Gantt charts and technical execution procedures;

·         Works to extend the water supply and sewerage network in the coverage area of the Aries Turda Water Company
